Returning Clothes to Penneys.

    Hey, does anyone here know if you can return a top in Penneys with all the tags attached without the receipt??

    They'll exchange it but won't give you a refund.

    They must have recently changed their policy then. I returned a top a few weeks back, and got a full refund - was kind of embarrassed as the top only cost €5:rolleyes:

    Yes but thet's 5 euro you can put to some other clothes!

    Penneys actually have a great return policy.

    Depends on who is at the till, I have brought back clothes without receipts before and some staff give you a full refund and others say you can exchange only! If you have the tags still on and the item is reduced since you bought it they will only give you back the reduced price, kinda sucks but suppose they have to if you dont have a receipt :P

    AFAIK and in my experience they only let you exchange the item..they wont refund or give a credit note here in Galway you literally have to find something there and then to exchange it with..
