Charlie Sheen is great, dripping cynicism all the time. What else do you expect of a guy who was name checked by Warren Zevon? Cryer is dreadful, as always, and the rest of the cookie cutter characters are awful as well. Still worth seeing for Charlie, fast forward through the rest, or flip channels, it seems to be on repeats all the time.

I think it's a great show. And yes, I think Jon Cryer is actually funny. He's the perfect person to portray the personality of Alan.

Got into it about 3 months ago and soon got sick of it.

Jake is pretty funny in the later seasons but apart from that it's the same crap jokes all the time.

It's Charlie Sheen's manky chicken legs that turn me off the most.

    WHY does he wear shorts?

Also it's very predictable and dull imo

One of the worst T.V sitcoms of all times, its not even funny, they try too hard and fail every time.

My room mate loves it, but I can't stand it personally. Actually, it makes me want to gouge my eyeballs out. Most of the humour in it is very obvious and not very clever.

A pity since I loved Charlie Sheen in almost all his movies.

They kind of remind me of a sad imitation of Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis

Its so-so by US sitcom standards- fairly formulaic and hackneyed comedy double act.

If you've seen one episode you've seen the all

Ha I've used that exact phrase about it myself in the past. :D

Personally I find the characters incredibly irritating and the 'humour' seems to be non-existent from what I can see. Take away the laughter track and it's a typically uninspired US sitcom.

I genuinely can't believe people enjoy it. I'd rather watch Joey.

You don't have to watch constant repeats.

True but i wish comedy central had a few more shows on it.

I don't mind the show. It's not something I'd set out to watch, but if it was on and there wasn't much else on, I'd watch it and enjoy it. It has the odd hilarious moment, and despite being fairly predictable and having fairly basic characters, it's better than a large amount of trash that's out there.

Its ok not one the best US comedy and its bloody repeated way too much
