Singapore Airlines vs Qantas

    I'm heading to oz in a few months and was looking up flights. Singapore Airlines and Qantas are pretty much the same price and the flights I'm thinking of booking, each airline will have the new a380 on that route. So which airline do you think I should travel with. Which is the best with regards to comfort and customer service in economy? Any help would be appreciated.

    I flew on SAs airbus on the London-Singapore leg of my journey down to NZ. Fantastic airline with loads of great food and drink and the lovely interior of the A380. All round a very good experience. We got one of the two seats wide rows upstairs in Economy which is agreat if you're travelling as a couple or want some extra room.

    Never flown with Qantas long haul but i've heard very good things about them as well and espeically if its the new a380 it will be a nice trip.

    I'm sure you are aware that Qantas do not ue the A380 every day. One a day 5 days a week currently.
    Singapore is twice a day, 7 days a week.

    I booked my flights with Singapore Airlines this evening. I searched the web and it seems that they're a pretty good airline. Haven't really seen too many bad complaints.
