I bought my car last august but due to various reasons it has been sitting idle outside me house the past year. Just discovered I haven't registered it in my name. The dealer has their part of the RF200 form filled out but I'm only doing mine now. It says that it must be filled out at the same time by both parties. Will this be a problem? There is no log book or certificate of registration with it either. Kind of confused.

just fill it out now and post it in the morning, that would be the quick way.

im sure theres some offical and more legal way of doing something involving a declaration from a solicitor or something.
