    Don't know if its a glitch on the site or what, but right now delivery seems to be free on www.thebookpeople.ie. I ordered 43euro worth of books and said I would chance checkout then as sometimes there is free delivery over 40 euro, and yes it was free. After I paid up I proceeded to put random low cost items in basket and checkout, and low and behold it was free!!

    The Perennial collection seems excellent value to me (and is among what I have ordered). Its €11.49. It was something I overlooked for ages but I checked out each of the ten books on Amazon and they all get good reviews.

    There are also offers for 10% off if you order 2 or more of certain adult and children's booksets.

    The website does say free delivery for orders over €55 so must be a glitch.

    Yeah when you click through it says free delivery over €40 even though it says same over €55 before, didn't work for me either. This has been going on for ages, had the same issue last year with their site so they have done nothing to correct this.

    Its free delivery on easons website when you spend over 10euros till the 16th of Augs

    the book depository has free delivery all the time, plus it's generally cheaper than most places
