    Where can I buy a speed ladder?

    Do you know the one they use for improving footwork etc...

    Maybe try mahers sports or something, they should have something that does the job.

    Mahers on oliver plunket st. has what you're looking for. The shop that sells all the weights and protein powders, in fact I'm pretty sure they've got a deal of speed ladders and all that caper.

    Went into Mahers, guess how much it cost.

    45 friggin euro i was out of there as quick as a bullet.

    Went into Mahers, guess how much it cost.

    I couldn't believe they were so dear. I mean Rope with plastic across it and it's 45 euro.

    I just can't justify that.

    Might make my own one :D

    Newitts is pretty good for stuff like this have a look. I'm sry I told you to go to Mahers €45 is a joke alright, £8 plus a couple for shipping.
