Hi, Im planning on my first time renting a house. Im not sure of the process or what to expect or ask. is there any recomendations from people? letting agents etc. Im not sure if i will get rent allowance as I work 5 days a week but only 4 hours a day. (:rolleyes:) thanks for any replies or advice.
