icetronix comes straight to mind, bit pricey though, best off just using ebay and wiring/bolting yourself, not too hard and plenty of guides.

As a matter of interest what car is it?

    HID Kit For 140e
not a bad price for a hid kit imo, especially from an irish company giving a one year warranty too! we got a discount on the 2 sets too.

dont know where there made tbh, but im nearly sure 99% of the worlds hid conversion kits are made in Asia.

I bought a set for a mate from this crowd. Chinese (so are they all) but fairly decent quality, and working away. 10 mins to install.

    Worked out €43 shipped!!

Mine? No, they were for a mate. He's lucky in that he has projector headlamps that probably will pass. Most aftermarket HIDs produce an awful result, H4 in particular, and for that reason should probably be illegal.
