    One of the laziest and most unenthusiastic wrestlers I've seen in a long time. Booker could go out there and have a great match every week but doesn't and I have zero respect for him.

    He has a lot of distractions that really make me wonder if he is only in TNA for the pay. I don't begrudge him for that though because he had a good career.


    King Bookerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr was an awesome gimmick when he was World Heavyweight champ

    He seemed more motivated in the WWE, which is strange considering TNA seem more willing to treat him like a star.

    I agree completely. I really like Booker, but his habit of going through the motions marks him as a "routine man", and he can be mind-numbingly dull as a result.
    In WWE it was disguised alot by the revolving door of mid-carders coming in and out. I definitely think he's one guy that needs the extra motivation (his King Booker push), to produce a little extra. He never seems to go all out of his own accord.

    In the ring I have never found him to be anything other than dull and limited. That said, I never saw any of his WCW work so my opinion is not fully informed. His King Booker gimmick was class, but that did not help his in ring performances. I am reminded of one of the worst matches I have ever seen he had with Batista at Summerslam. Awful awful stuff.

    I'd (mostly) agree with Gimmick there. Was a big fan of the King Booker gimmick, but for most of his WWE career I found him to be a boring wrestler. Once in a while he'd pull out a very good match, but more often than not it was dull as dishwater.
