They're all 6.4% ABV. Hideously expensive for 250ml IMO.

6.4%x250=16 “units”. That rum is 35% usually, so a 700ml bottle has 245 “units” so it takes 15.3 of these cans to get a bottle. So @€;2.40 that is €36.75 per bottle including the coke. That is quite pricey coke.

BUT this could well be a relatively cheap option in the pub. A normal measure of 35.5ml @35% is 12.425 "units", so you get more in one of these cans than a regular measure, and a 200ml of coke can cost a fortune in pubs. I remember a mate of mine who use to get vodkas & 7up was getting smirnoff ice and extra vodka on top.

On the Planet of the Sane Pub Pricing Model. I don't live there.

    A bit!!!

€27.89 for a bottle of Morgans. 15.3 of these cans in a 700ml bottle, so €1.82 for the alcohol in that can if you bought a bottle. So you are paying €1.67 for the ~200ml of coke.

Looking at those figures the €2.40 price is 58cent for the coke in it. So if you are having just 1 or 2 at home it is not terrible, i.e. compared to opening a fresh can of coke. Still from the reviews I read regular coke is nicer.

I usually drink my rum & coke in separate glasses anyway.

:D I'm sure people will notice that I've no space while the newbie has one.

(Of course, my first name is "The" but I had to drop it because of space limitations.)

I would like to think that the people who are posting, have some ability to read and therefore be able to realise the space as you so elequently put it exists between the Beer and the Nut in mine.

P.S apologies for steeling your name!
