Lightroom Printing Issue

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here but everytime I print from Lightroom (v2.2) the images come out much darker than displayed on screen, but if I export to and print from Elements they appear exactly as on screen. Any idea of where I'm going wrong?? Thanks!

In Lightroom > Print (Tab) > Print Job > Colour Management, what is the profile set to? If Elements is allowing the printer to manage the profile, and the printer is doing a good job, try letting Lightroom do the same.
