I remember a year ago or so on here a guy had a large warehouse space and was looking for ideas on what to do with it. It looked like he was gonna go for an indoor soccer setup and people seemed pretty positive about it. MIght not suit but if you do a search you might find it?

Jamesy-can't offer any suggestions off hand. However might be useful to let us know where you have the premises as location will play a part.

A lot of people are trying to do the same, best thing to do is go to your landlord and negeotiate the rent downwards...

Are there any businesses in your area who are in the same boat and who might be coming to the end of a lease - the potential to share space and cost might be benficial. What about new start up businesses in your area who might need space. Can you offer additioanl support i.e. deliveries etc Speak to your enterprise board they may Know of someone It is a long shot but worth trying.
