Thought there might be a bit of interest in this one.

Last hitout for us before next week's big kick off, and it'll be a good game for Celtic to play in with some tough European games ahead.

Kick off at Eastlands is at 3pm.

Thats a strong City line up, close enough to what I'd expect their starting XI to be

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    Injured I think.

Precautionary at this stage to take him off.

If Toure's injured it's a good chance for Onuoha.

Can still see them getting in two more defenders.

Unless you can see into the future Xavi, how do you know that the subs will be 'unused'?

Might be a question to pose to the editor of City's official site cause that's where they're copied from.

Just out of bed after a bout of food poisening but wtf way did Celtic lineup? There's 1 centre half and 2 full backs in that team.

Apparently Donti played centre half. :D

Seems McCourt showed a few glimpses. Hopefully he gets a decent chance in the SPL where he'll rip those defenders apart.

"Almost straight from the kick-off, Celtic had their first attack. Paddy McCourt picked up a loose pass and twisted past three challenges into the box. His shot was blocked and Killen couldn’t connect with the rebound."

"Incensed at the referee’s decision not to award a free-kick, the Welshman chased after the loose ball but was left even more annoyed as McCourt nut-megged him with a sublime piece of skill."

"It was a blow for Celtic but the responded in the right way. McCourt, showing unbelievable skill, left four City defenders trailing and sent in a cross that Killen was inches away from converting. Samaras then forced Given into a low save."

What a pass from Samaras for Celtic's goal.

McCourt was super. Best Celtic player definitely.

Donati did well at centre half alright.
