Aqua Jogging

I was wondering if anyboby could tell me where I can go to do some aqua jogging. I got injured playing football a few weeks ago and I don't know how long it will be before I can go back training properly. Are there any pools around the Meath/Dublin area that would have aqua running equipment that one could just use? My physio told me alot of places around should do it but I am having no luck.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. :):(:)

Hi Beer, yes I tried the Aqua Jogging back in April as I was (Still am!) injured. It really is well worth giving it go. You'll be given the "Zero Gravity" suit and shoes etc. It is run in the National Aquatic Center (Blanchardstown) by our very own Catherina McKiernan along with a few of her colleagues (Muriel Haire) etc who are all very good. Full information for it and how to get in contact with them here:

    Enjoy!!
