Dial Up Connection box comes up even when already connected to 3G modem ?

Suddenly over the past few days , when I am already connected to the 3 b/band modem, this box pops up saying "Dial Up Connection". It then disconnects the 3 b/band modem. But the modem is in full 3G coverage and there is no reason for it to disconnect. It seems to happen at 10 minutes into the connection every 10 minutes.

Could it be a virus, somehow sending an instruction to the Dial Up Connection to pop up and disconnect the modem ?

Would anyone know where in the settings I could dis-able the Dial Up Connection box ?

Open Control Panel, then Internet Options. On the Connections tab make sure it says Never Dial a Connection, like this

3G actually uses a hiddden Dial Up session. You sure it's not the reconnection option after it has dropped the 3G?

Thanks for the advice. Yeah it used to pop up a few moments after the 3G signal had dropped out, but whats happening now is its poping up even while the 3g is still connected.

I think it started when I joined a chatroom thing where they use Beta or Adobe Flash 9
