    What's wrong with tap water?

My own opinion is that the still or tap water is best. The sparkling stuff just gives me wind. I don't know what makes it sparkle but I doubt it does you any good.

You are better off with still/tap water. the carbonation in sparkling water will change the neutral PH of ordinary water and can be hard on the stomach. Also sparling water tends to have a higher sodium content than regular water - but again if it seems to be working for you just go with it!!!

are you asking because you're trying to neutralise lactic acid by balancing your PH? If it works let me know!
