Kilstiffin Reef

I was driving from Lahinch to Spanish Point last Sunday morning and from the coast road I could see a perfectly formed wave on Kilstiffin? reef/rock. I guess I was approx. 2 miles away from it so it must be BIG! Jet skis/boat etc. would be needed to get there. Has anybody ever surfed this?? Would it be a "tow-in" effort?
