    This is not at all achidemic and a mite so sorry, but going into my 3rd year of college in September and am making a monster shopping list

    (i never remember to get things like gravy or ketchup)

    So what is complusory for your fridge?! =D

    Cheese, beans, chilli flakes, rice, pasta, mushrooms, scallions, olive oil - there a necessity for me.

    While it has been some time since I was a student, I would have thought beer would be compulsory for a student fridge?

    beer, pizzas, burgers, spicy chicken wings, garlic bread, milk, butter, eggs, more beer, kebabs, cider and more beer.

    This has to be done weeky you know. :D

    Well i figure i get one epic list and at least i wont have to make anymore lists :P:P:P

    butter, i always forget butter!!! thanks guys... as for beer, i'm a very classy burd ill have you know, so i have tesco vodka in the freezer. :D

    I think the first answer was a great one. Also, if you have extra virgin olive oil in your press, it's worth it. Aswell as a bit of soy sauce.
