    Hi all doing a bit of travelling soon and i was looking to get something that will play both Films and music to keep me entertained on the flights.

    What size device are you looking for, storage capacity, flash or HDD based, battery life expectations, touch screen or button operated?
    "keep me entertained on flights"? Is that games or do you mean something else?

    There are so many options, could you help narrow the field down a bit? otherwise you'll just have people telling you to get what they have.

    What kind of capacity are you looking for, how much are you willing to spend, do you mind if it uses primarily a touchscreen or do you want buttons...any other dealbreakers?

    Right now i'm going to recommend you get a sandisk sansa clip for music and a netbook for video/internet/everything...something like the Samsung NC10...

    There's lots of other alternatives in mind but i'd like more input from you too.
