How Much Do Ikea Charge To Deliver & Assemble?

Like do they charge a percentage of the cost of the goods you are ordering or what? I think their stuff is fairly good but some of it is a nightmare to put together so it'd be nearly easier just to get it assembled and delivered but do they charge much?
