Need a new AC adaptor for Advent laptop - Advice

As per title, the current AC adapter is 19v. I was looking on eBay and I could get a 20v Advent AC adaptor delivered for 15 euro. Would I encounter any problems with the 20v, seeing as the laptop has been running off a 19v all along?

That would probably a Hong Kong or Chinese adaptor? Don't touch it! Will take about 2 weeks to arrive and probably last less time.

19V v 20V wouldn't bother me to much. Cheap adaptor would though.
