    Hey Guys,
trying to get my debs dress at the mo, I already tried Dundrum so I was just wondering if anybody could recommend places, I'm going for an elegant look, a ball gown rather than a cocktail dress.
    Thanks:D

    i would look in:
    - coast
    - monsoon
    - debenhams
    - arnotts maybe?
only thing is, a lot of people will be looking in the same places.

would you look on the internet?

theres a little boutique place (that i cant remember the name of) off 1 of the streets off grafton street - how vague, sorry - that does gorgeous dresses but is expensive. my friend got a gorgeous dress there for our debs.. all them years ago.. in some of the smaller boutique places they actually take the name of the debs youre going to to avoid someone else having the same dress.

Lots of the Bridal shops around do debs dresses too! If you're looking for a ball-gown style these would be perfect places.

    Try:
Alexanders - on Parnell st. across the road from Cineworld (they have a shop full of debs!)
    Berketex - Jervis Shopping centre
There are quite a few off Grafton street too - have a look in the golden pages.
Also, Pamela Scott on Grafton street - they have loads of evening-wear upstairs.

maybe someone else can verify if this place is still open -

There's a shop in Nutgrove Shopping Centre that has dresses coming out the door, it's so packed. You'll find something there. <snip>

There is a shop in Dun Laoghaire called Eve, they have fab dresses, they have dresses from maybe €200 to €800 - some of the stuff is just stunning.

It's just down from McDonalds a bit.
