Just wondering, never seem to have any luck with women and was just thinking, do they miond when one asks them out. I don't mean to go on a rant or anything. Maybe it is just me. They always seem a bit awkaward whenever I ask one out for a coffee/tea. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks!!

Depends on (a) whether they're interested and (b) how or when you ask.

Totally agree with Liam, although would like to say fair play to you for having the balls to ask in the first place. This is a good thing! (See 'Why Don't Men Approach Women? in Humanities...!)

If you're not having any luck maybe you need to think about your approach. Even if she likes you it can get awkward if it's done publicly, loudly, comes across as pushy, happens too soon after you have met her...etc

Plus, you win some, you lose some. Some women just won't want to go out with you, no matter how much of a 'catch' you are. This is a fact of life, not a reason to stop asking women out. If you come across a woman like this...'Next!'

You could factor in the "I'm just out of something / I don't think I'm over my ex", but TBH that's implied in a combination of "if they're interested enough" and "when" ;):D
