We have a 2 bedroom property available close to the centre of Dun Laoghaire to let from the 1st September 2009 - 31st June 2010. The house is owned by a missioner who is going away for this period of time. The rent is €750.00. The properties comprises of a sitting room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one single) and a bathroom. there is on street parking with residents parking disks available from the Local Authority. The decor is basic but clean and functional.

We are seeking ideally 2 mature students or 2 postgraduate students. Please note that this is the home of a mature lady who will be returning home to it in June 2010 so the property is not suited to those wishing to have parties etc.
