I knew some equity analysts at this place who had to work from their main office. The bottom line was they were exploiting people. The pay was very low (20k-ish) and they usually went for people who required work visas but were unable to get sponsored by other companies.

It's good experience though if you're interested in that area. The people I knew int eh company moved onto bigger and better things in different institutes.

thnks for that. the job itself sounds good but the whole working from home set up sounds like there could be a few catches. i guess i'll find more out in the interview.
