Pottery classes in the midlands ?

    I want to do pottery classes but everything seems to be in Galway, Kilkenny, Dublin is there anyone teaching in the midlands?

    By the sounds of it there isn't much going on in the midlands... I was looking for something similar to do with my girlfriend just for fun. I was hoping to find a class that cater for pottery making for novices. Just an hour or two to make something.

    Anyone know of anything out there... Doesn't have to be in the midlands either. Willing to travel to Dublin or wwherever if necessary.

    Hey my name is Eleanor O Connor-Larrissey and I teach art and pottery classes in the midlands. I opened carrick art and Pottery School in Edenderry, Co. Offaly in January, 2011. The school provides a full range of classes for adults and children for all levels from beginner, intermediate and advanced.

    I also teach throwing on the pottery wheel, afterschool classes, leaving cert grinds, children's pottery parties, hen parties for groups up to 10 people and private one to one classes. Contact me VIA PM.
