If you google their hatching eggs you should be able to get some off ebay etc.
Also if its just for dog training then go into your local superquinn and get a tray of quails eggs. A quail will not lay unless she has been with a male so all quail eggs are fertile. They are more likely to be japanese quail but are perfectly adequate for dog training etc. I think they need 21 day to hatch under a broody hen or in an incubator. I don't know anywhere of the top of my head that sells adult bobwhite but a google search might throw up some clues.

You should be able to pick up quail at any fowl sale this time of the year.
There are plenty of them on around the country generally on sunday mornings.
As Mallards said they will be japanese quail but I doubt the dog will mind :D
