anybody here know if the public will be allowed inside the grounds of the ritz carlton the morning of the race start and will there be a race programme printed this year. also is caroline.ie involved in the orgainisation this year?

I am sure you can go to Powerscourt, i am not sure about the hotel itself though. You're probably not permitted to go in the hotel to chat with the riders.
