AS tax really isn't my area, I have a question for those of you who are in the area.

My partner is a Dutch national whose been living in Ireland for 12 years. She is currently holding a job in Ireland, but has been hired for contract work by a Dutch company. The job is small and will only pay about €2000. Who does she pay tax to on it, the Netherlands or Ireland?

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Cheers.

    Hi

Ireland- As she is a Irish resident she is subject to Irish and not dutch tax.

She would pay it by filing her tax return at the end of the year.

That's what I thought, but wasn't sure. Thanks.
