I know someone who travels to the UK every week and recently purchased the Tom Tom One Classic in Woodies fo €99.99 and is happy with it. It's a basic model within your budget anyway. Doesn't have European maps, lane assist, bluetooth or any of the advanced features. Hope that helps.

www.satnaveasy.co.uk is great. I got the Garmin 250w for €117 inc delivery to ireland. European maps, widescreen ect. Well worth it and very quick (5 days)
