Epson R200 printer problem

    I have an Epson R200 Stylus Photo printer and the paper jam light and the ink refill light are flashing away.

    A quick google tells me that I need to reset my internal counters (return to service agent blah blah) so I found and downloaded the reset software.

    According to the software, all internal counters have been reset but this hasn't fixed the problem.

    Any ideas/suggestions on how to get my printer working again?
