Does anyone else remember the Home & Away and Neighbours trading cards? They were really big in my school when we were about 12 (1989). Simpler times:rolleyes:

I mentioned it to a friend recently and she said that she'd never heard of them. Maybe they only came to Meath!

Am I in my dotage at the tender age of 31 or can anyone else remember them?

I seem to recall 'Neighbours' cards that came with a stick of pink chewing gum. Don't recall H&A ones.

We also had the 'Neighbours' board game:

You used various cards to construct a plotline for the show... 'Twas fabulous of course...

I remember them and i'm only 25. My older sister used to have them, didn't they come free with some chewing gum, or vice versa?

I remember them too! (I'm 29). Strangely enough I only ever saw them in meath too (my grandparents lived in Trim). The Bermuda triangle of Neighbours cards...

I remember them too, we had them in Limerick. I didn't collect them but some of my friends did, think they had different characters on each one and some piece of information about them
