    I ordered at the beginning of June a pair of shoes from the above site.

    They eventually arrived a few weeks later - both left shoes and also in different sizes.

    I emailed them that morning(29th June) and had a reply saying to send them back by recordered delivery and they would send back the right sizes and refund me the cost of sending by recorded delivery.

    I posted them back 3 days later.

    Since they I have emailed them numerous times and tried phoning them and have had no reply at all. This is over 4/5 weeks later.

    What can I do?

    Is there an email address for some British Consumer Affairs or a European one?

    Also should I contact my credit card company and try get them to reverse the payment?

    Since you paid by credit card, raise it with the bank. A charge back is what you're looking for.
