    Can anyone tell me if there are any yoga sessions for pregnant women in Carlow town?

    "Carlow Yoga School" I think thats what its called. if you turn right just after the Golden Grill on Dublin street down the little lane its on the right hand side just before the cross road..

    If you are looking for yoga classes in your local area, you can click on 'teachers' on the bottom menu bar of www.burrenyoga.com and enter in your County and click 'search'.

    Or you can enter in 'pregnancy' for the ype of yoga, leave County blank and click 'search'. This will list a good few yoga teachers who teach pregnancy yoga. Then phone a few who are closest to you, and they may recommend a pregnancy yoga class even closer to your area.
