MMS on 2G iPhone (3.0)

    Hey guys, I've activated MMS on my iPhone 2G (3.0) using ActivateMMS2G from Cydia and I edit my APN details using http://unlockit.co.nz (visit it from your iPhone).
    I'm on pre-pay with O2 and no matter what settings I use, my MMS hangs at about 90% and then fails.

    I've contacted O2 and they said to use the following information:
    APN: internet
    Username:
    Password:
    MMSC: http://mmsc.mms.o2.ie:8002
    MMS Proxy: 62.40.32.40:8080
    MMS Max Message Size: 307200

    These are the same settings a lad at work here has on his iPhone 3G and his can send MMS.
    I've also set my APN to pp.internet as described in the sticky on this board.
    wap.dol.ie doesn't work for me either.

    Has anyone managed to get MMS working on a 2G iPhone with O2 Speakeasy?

    EDIT: I'm going to try all of the following:
