Hi, so theres an exchange rate of 1.44 against the dollar, so wanted to stock up on some dollars but the bank only gives 1.38 rate, how do you get this good rate without having to go through stocks

6bps spread either side is sickening. You should be able to get it down to 2bps and for large orders 1bps.
