Hi, just wondering if everyone else gets a break in the road on the mapmyride.com site from Glencullen to Enniskerry via Kilmolin? It's very annoying as the site won't route a trip through the road and instead ties looping back by Kilternan onto the R117. Anyone have any ideas how to get around this or get onto mapmyride to fix the break?
    Thanks

you can take off the follow road function to get past that part and turn it back on once past it

Perfect, thanks for that Bambaata, it never even dawned on me to take the follow road function off.

It's also possible that the mapmaker was riding his fixie that day, hit the bottom of the Devil's Elbow and immediately said "feck this", and turned straight around...

Yes, mapmyride and indeed most of the other services all use Google Maps.

Maps used by google, etc. are from www.teleatlas.com and they have a "report map changes" button, so I reported! Lets see if it ever gets fixed.
