Inglorious Basterds game

Inglorious Basterds star Eli Roth has made an online shooting game available on his Myspace page. The game which ties in with the movie allows you to shoot Nazis, with prizes going to the top scorers.

They have discounts off the soundtrack, free soundtracks and even a trip to LA to see the premiere to give away. I believe its level 8 for a 10% discount off soundtrack, level 15 for a free soundtrack and high score at the moment is bout 9 mill.

Was given code to redeem for a digital copy when it is released. Eli Roth says he expects it in the next few days through Itunes. I have no problem waiting though, free is free

Was it just me or was it exceptionally easy for first 20? Got my free soundtrack which is cool though.

To all who got a code. I believe the soundtrack is released on the 18th August. So code can be used then

I was halfway through level 13 when the thing went back to the start page for no reason. Hadn't taken a hit at that point - I agree it was exceptionally easy. Very tedious game. Puts me off the movie if anything.

If you have it, use firefox as your browser when playing it. i originally used with firefox and had no difficulties but when i tried on Internet explorer it froze on level 15.

a simple flash game puts you off the movie?! the 2 arent the same you know, its not just about a guy going around hitting people with baseball bats!

Flash games like this are usually intended as viral marketing. Their purpose is to promote the subject of the game. I don't think this would make anybody any keener to see the film - if anything it would put them off a bit.

i think the reward was aet at a lower level when you played it through eli's myspace (as in the "hardcore" fans....now that it has been officially released (the game that is) on the website they have upped the reward level! thats just what i think though!
