    Hiya Guys...

I know this must be THE Question people ask about but, I am starting an interior design course and I need a laptop that is easy to travel with. Also I would like a laptop that has loads of hardware space.
I have always been having Toshiba laptops, but they are a bit pricy and i can't afford one at the moment so i guess an affordable laptop.

Someone recommended Dell, but i have heard loads of people having problems with them etc...

I hope you guys can help me on this one...

    Thanks a million in advance.

    L

Acer do some nice Timeline 13.3" laptops. They have relatively underpowered CPUs (actually 'low voltage' is the word :pac:), but the advantage is that they are very thin/light, and have insane battery life, 8hrs or thereabouts.

Here's the Dual-Core version, although there are single-core models available for cheaper. You'd want to wait for Windows 7 if you were getting a single-core model I reckon.

12" Acer laptops with Core 2 Duo 3GB RAM integrated webcam. Try to find 2920z with good spec. That should be perfect for you.
