okay so were planning on flying home our dog from new york.

were finding alot of different advice out there about how to go about it.
weve looked into letting a company do it for us but they seem a tad expensive.

has anyone done it themselves or know any site with some reliable advice

There have been some similar threads on this recently, if you do a search they should be there. Also if you Google "pet passport ireland" you should get some results- basically your pet needs a passport and provided they are rabies-free, they can go from USA to Ireland without needing quarantine.
