I doubt i'll be given the grant as i was turned down in 2nd year (after recieving it in 1st year).

I'm going into 4th year of a 4 year degree and i have little hope of raising my €1500 fees, are there any suggestions you guys might have as to how i can attend college this year?

You should be able to get a bank loan for that amount without to much hassle. Go in to one as soon as possible and have a talk with them, I'd guess they'd be pretty accommodating.
