Connecting a Usb external harddrive to an Scsi port

    Hi, I just bought a Fostex multitrack recorder but it comes without a cd burner or any way of transferring files to a computer. It say that you can connect a external burner or external harddrive using the SCSI port in it. If i got a SCSI to USB converter would i be able to connect up a regular USB harddrive?
