    Hi

    Tg4 have a video player on their site

    tg4.tv


    how would one go about playing that in vlc or some other player as it will not load for me and i have all the codecs


    alternatively download? if that is not allowed could a mod just edit this bit out and leave the thread open

    works on my mac, it takes a while to load and I have a 16Mb connection. using safari and 10.5

    Sorry to dig up an old thread but I too would like to know how to download these videos. My Dad's on dial up and there's a program he wants to see that he missed.

    Download Realplayer for Mac. It'll install a browser plugin that (should) give you the option to download videos :)

    That's not working or I don't know how to properly use it.

    I'm trying to get this for my father. He's on dial up out in the country.

    To be perfectly honest he'll need broadband. Dial-up just isn't suitable for this kind of thing.

    Or you could download it for him by installing RealPlayer on a pc (defo works) with broadband and burning it to CD for him?

    I'm trying to download it but Real Player isn't working: that's my point. See if you can download it using Real Player? I provided the link above.
