N11 road diversion signs

Hello, just wondering if anyone knows what the N11 road diversion signs on the charlesland exit from the N11 are about. Saw one in Delgany also on the weekend. Are they planning on closing the road or something? Would appreciate any info as use that road early mornings so would need to plan to leave earlier if have to go…
