It's a mock of unsolved Mysteries about the Dharma Initiative.
They mention the food drops a good bit and hint towards an explanation. (It's already being confirmed it will get explained in s6)

Alvar Hanso and the DeGroots and are also heavily mentioned and suggests that we will finally learn a lot more about them. As an aside that was a bugbear of mine about season 5. Even though we spent so much time in Dharmaville during there heyday of the 1970s I don't feel we learned much more about the DI and who was behind it then we already knew. I really think that was a missed opportunity.

Other point of interest is they mentioned Olivia a few times. Olivia was who Horace was driving with when they came across Roger and Ben mothers when Ben was born and also who gave the demonstration of a volcano erupting in the classroom with Ben and Annie. It was said on the Season 3 dvd boxset that she and Horace will become very important for the future. But it's kind of unclear as her and Horace appeared to be married but then in season 5 he was married to Amy.

    That's about it
