Thoughtful hen party ideas

    I'm going to be organising my best friend's hen party, and I'm looking for nice ideas for it. As well as the usual games etc. I'd like to include some nice touches, that you wouldn't see at every hen party. I'm probably going to do up some sort of photo album, with captions/stories underneath each picture, which the photo provider would add, IYKWIM.

    Does anyone have any other ideas? Or are there any girls out there who have had a really good hen night, and want to let me know what made it so good?

    Morning after goodie bags are a good idea, put a bottle of water, 2 panadol and a bag of crisps in them.
    Ask everyone to bring an item of lingerie or swimwear(might be bit too expensive for people).
    Ask everyone to write a letter saying how the know the hen and to include any stories she has about the hen, put them all together in a scrapbook.

    Hi there for my hen my friend had arranged that we all dress as cops we went to Waterford it was a ball we had the batons and cuffs and everything. We even found men who we cuffed the bride to be with if they failed the games we planned :p

    hey there,

    for a friends hen night we did the slightly more chilled dinner rather than mad night out thing, and we made sure everyone had goody bags, with the hen having a slightly 'better' one. In them we put some choccies, a rose shaped soap thing we got in borders, and a little bottle of champagne bubbles. We also put in a pen and piece of paper, and at one stage in the meal everyone had to write a personal wish for the happy couple and their future. The hen REALLY liked that, it was so personal.

    In the hens bag we bought a few littl silly things, like books, and stuff- you know 'a mini kama sutra', and a recipe book that used only aphrodisiac ingredients... it went down a storm.

    the photo album is a lovely thing, and maybe a cd of songs that hold specific memories for the hen and her friends? You know, like the song that always made you get up and dance when you were 16 together, etc?
