    Hi,

Really easy question no doubt but I want to burn songs in mp3 format to a dvd -r to be playable in a car stereo....

Is this possible without using convertors etc?

    Thanks

I assume I'm right in thinking that you want them to stay as mp3s on the disc.

Just burn it as a regular data disc.

The "mp3cd" option in most burning packages takes a list of mp3 files and converts the whole thing to a regular audio CD, which isn't what you want.

The main question really is are you sure that your car stereo will read DVDs of any sort? Without being condescending, just because the two types of discs are the same size doesn't mean it'll play unless you know it will (actually that sounded condescending but it wasn't meant to be).

The method though is just to burn the disc as a regular data disc. Stay away from the converters altogether.
