    Hi,

From Jan to Mar I was owning my business and didn't have any income - just some expenses. The question is If I have to pay PRSI to Revenue and what form should be filled in to meet my obligations?

    thanks

You pay PRSI based on your profits of self-employment.
If you do not make profits, you do not pay tax or PRSI on this.

I assume you are self employed.
If so, you will need to complete accounts and a Tax return Form 11 after the tax year end declaring your profit or loss.
