How to change country on PS3

    I am trying to buy map pack 1 for COD and when I get to the part where i pay with my credit card and confirm my address, Australia is locked in preventing me from using my Irish credit card.

    Can anyone help please?

    maybe the country selection is based on what country you have you PSN account set up as. Try going to the Account Management section on the PS3 and see what your country is set as.

    where did you buy the COD game? From what I can remember if it's locked into a particular country it's because you've got a PSN account from that country. I've got 2 accounts one american, for downloading american content on my american region games and one Irish/European PSN account. The american one country is locked to america and I think my Irish one is locked to Ireland or europe. Eaiest thing I can think of right now is just to creat a new PSN .ie account and download the content then sign in with your normal account and use the DLC content. Hope it helps till someone comes along with a better answer for you. W

    Well if it's an irish website you can go here http://ie.playstation.com/ and click on the sign in link in the top left hand of the screen. It brings up a log in screen and here it has a link to forgot password. Here is the link anyway just in case you cant find it https://store.playstation.com/accounts/reset/beginPasswordResetFlow.action?target=login
