PIR won't switch off

There is a PIR security light in my garden that won't switch off, so the light is constantly on. There are two adjustments that can be made - Aux and Time, both have been turned anticlockwise (all the way down -)but light still on. I have unscrewed the bulb for now. Any suggestions before I replace it?

It's one of these type: http://www.bvt.org.uk/shropshire/pdf/usermanuals/PIRexternalLighting.pdf

some can be reset by turning the power off for a couple of minutes, its in the manual somewhere, so turn them off at the MCB and walk away for a while, then power back on, they may still come back on when you power back on as they are wired to do that too, but they should knock off again when the timer expires.
